The Payment HQ provides payment processing and merchant services, including in-store, online, and mobile processing, virtual terminals, ACH payments, POS equipment, integrated software vendor (ISV) solutions, commercial lending referrals, and payroll services. Information on this Site is for general informational purposes. Specific services, pricing, and approvals are governed by the separate merchant agreement or service agreement you sign with us or our partners.

The Site provides information about these services and ways to contact our team, request a consultation, or inquire about service options. Submitting an inquiry does not establish a merchant account, guarantee financing or approval, or create an obligation to provide a particular service or rate.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to submit false information, interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or use the Site to send unsolicited messages.

You must comply with applicable laws governing your use of the Site. You may not introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or business, or submit information you are not authorized to provide.

SMS Messaging Consent

Program name. The Payment HQ Customer Care and Marketing Messages.

Program description. The Payment HQ offers two text messaging programs. You choose which ones to join.

• Customer care (non-marketing). If you affirmatively opt in to non-marketing texts, you may receive responses to inquiries, consultation scheduling and appointment reminders, account and service updates, proposal-related communications, and customer support messages.

• Marketing. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, you may receive promotional offers and company news about our payment processing and merchant services.

How you opt in. You provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively select the consent option for the messaging program you wish to join. Marketing and non-marketing consent are separate and optional. Consent choices are never preselected, and you may submit an inquiry without selecting either option. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages to purchase products or receive services from The Payment HQ.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the messaging program you opt into.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. We will stop sending further text messages unless you subsequently opt in again. Contact our team for information about opting in again.

Carrier Disclaimer

SMS Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to subcontractors supporting our messaging and customer service operations only as necessary to provide those services on our behalf.
